Kingnord offers efficient custom manufacturing service from grams to tons lot at its USFDA approved multi-purpose facillity in Nanchang.

In R&D centre, we perform not only the experiments for the new-product research but also the custom synthesis in small-scale. The glass reactors in R&D are from 10ml-50L, which enable us to finish the task from grams to kgs lot or scale-up quickly.

Our multi-purpose plants equipped with glass lined and stainless steel reactors from 50L to 5000L are able to meet your requirement from kgs to tons lot. To our great joy, Kingnord’s custom manufacturing service at its modern laboratories and plants has been highly appreciated by the customers worldwide for the high efficiency.

We have 42 sets of various reactors from 30L to 5000L including:
Glass lined reactor
Glass lined distillation reactor
Stainless steel reactor
High pressure hydrogenation reactor
Glass reactor (at kilo lab.)
Total volume: 42430L

We started to run a GMP quality system in our plant in 2007. This enable us to provide more reliable quality product to our respected customers.

In 2008, fine chemical facility in our new and large production will come to use and we will have more capacity to meet our customers’ new demand.

Contract Research

We synthesize hundreds of new moleculars for new drug development department of several first class phamacuetical group every year. We have strict confidential system to keep confidential information of our customers.

In Kingnord’s R&D center covering 1300M2, 40 technicians are working hard. More and more chemists will join us in order to enhance Kindnord’s R&D capability.

 



Sourcing Service

100% of Kingnord's products are exported worldwide and handled by its Imp&Exp division:, Nanchang Kinghao International Co., Ltd. which is a registered foreign trade company since 2000. The experienced trading team in Kinghao International who are familiar with import/export business, overseas logistics, flexible payment ways and QA system also provide professional sourcing service to our respected customers.

Based on R&D and production technical capability, QC capacity and QA experience from Kingnord, we can provide:

-- Analytical Technical Support
-- Audit & QA consultation
to the relative producers when necessary or as required by our customers.

In China, there are more than 10,000 fine chemical producers. Most of them are not big and don't have perfect QC facility/QA system. So our professional audit and sourcing service are highly appreciated by the quality sensitive customers.
