In our R&D center covering around 1300M2, more than 40 technicians are working hard for Contract Research and Custom synthesis in small scale. Kingnord expanded its research capacity in 2006-2007. More than 30 projects can be worked on at the same time. About 300 new compounds are expected to be synthesized for our respected customers in 2008.
In Kingnord’s modern laboratories, multi-purpose production plants, we have successfully done most kinds of reactions including traditional and new-appearing reactions, such as RCM Reaction and Suzuki Coupling. We keep close watch on the new-appearing technology in order to improve our productivity.
In the last five years, we did too much on chiral technology and got some successful experience in both small and large scales, including kinetic resolution with D-TA and DDA, chiral ligand-supported hydrogenation, auxiliary-assistant synthesis based on D-(-)-alpha-Phenylglycinol and (S)-(-)-Methylbenzylamine etc.
We are familiar with heterocyclics synthesis including Indole, Imidazole Indazole, Isoxazole, Quinoline, Thiazole, Oxazole, Pyridine, Pyrimidine etc. Hundreds of new heterocyclic molecules have been synthesized for new drug discovery department of the large pharmaceutical corporations. |

| In our Nanchang site, a cGMP quality system following ICHQ7A has been established with the help of respected QA consultant from USA and has been inspected by USFDA as an advanced intermediate producer in Feb 2008. Our Nanchang site is the first USFDA approved multi-purpose facility for pharmaceutical advance intermediate in China. |

| Q.C. laboratories of Kingnord are equipped by HPLC-1100, GC-6890N and other analytical equipments, and manned by a team of experienced analytical technicians. Also, LC/MS, GC/MS IR, UV, NMR, XRD are available from our cooperative universities nearby for our R&D. Based on all these analytical measures, quality of our products is well guaranteed. |

Environment and Safety |
According to a new safety regulation taken place in 2007, all the chemicals companies have to pass safety standardization China,We have received safety system inspection according to the latest regulation from local government in Jan 2008, and got the approval as the first chemical company in Jiangxi.
Mountains and waters in Jiangxi are so beautiful, environment is one of the best in China.
- Our waste water is multi-steps treated including neutralization, electrolysis, SBR, deposition and filtration in order to meet the national standard before releasing.
- The waste gas are collected and absorbed by the absorbing apparatus.
- The waste solid are collected and handled to Jiangxi Solid Waste Treatment Center for suitable treatment.

Kingnord is imbursing education as a feedback to this society. “KINGNORD” Prize has been set in Jiangxi Agricultural University since 2005. 60 students have won this prize and received training about “Knowledge and Practice” from us. |
